David Gadberry is an executive, leadership, organizational Coach, Lead Pastor, and Author. David and His wife, Janae, have been married for over 35 years and have been in leadership roles that include ministry and business. David has decades of leadership and Public Speaking experience. David and Janae own a Coaching and Leadership development company called, “Gadberry Leadership Coaching. David holds a Bachelor of Organizational Leadership from Regent University and is finishing his Masters of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring from Regent. David’s mission in life is to help people discover, develop, and deploy their God-given potential. He is a father of two daughters, one son-in-law, and two granddaughters. He believes family is a gift from God. David is also Certified with the John Maxwell Team.
