You were the perfect person to speak to us as an outsider who isn’t trapped in the detail of the changes we were facing as an organization. It placed you in a position to encourage and stir our thinking when it comes to change and how we were thinking regarding the direction Watoto Church was making. Overall, I felt that my expectation was exceeded concerning consultation from an external person. The other pastors and team leaders were extremely grateful for the words of encouragement and insights that each picked up from your teaching and coaching as it pertained to their individual situations and departments.
